Add flour and salt to eggs add milk beating constantly with beater. Spread bottom and sides of a cold 10-inch skillet with butter. Pour in all batter and put in preheated oven 425 for a few minutes.
Reduce heat to a slow 325. When pancake is puffed up crisp and brown at edges (about 10 min) remove to hot platter. Serve with powdered sugar and lemon juice or with preserves.
